Counterfeiters Prey On Fear to Sell Fake Drugs Online
Illegal online drug sellers are taking advantage of inflated fears over prescription drug shortages. Three examples provided include: bogus Ebola medications; counterfeit versions of the cancer medication, Avastin; and Papaverine, a drug with an unlabeled use for erectile dysfunction.
