Fake sex drugs create a big workload for prosecutors

In a media briefing by Shanghai People’s Procuratorate, officials disclosed that during a 10-month campaign in 2015, a total of 178 cases were investigated by the department. Of those cases, 90 percent involved sexual arousal drugs with the Internet being the main channel for distribution of the counterfeit goods. The investigation ran from March of 2015, through December of 2015, and lead to the identification of 221 suspects.
