Man accused of illegally shipping controlled substances

Titilayo Akintomide Akinyoyeno, also known as Tommy Akin, was arrested in his Maryland home for owning and operating the online pharmacy, apexonlinepharmacy.com. Akinyoyeno made more than $8 million during a four-year span selling prescription drugs to customers over the Internet. The prescriptions were filled based solely off of answers provided in an online questionnaire.
