Medicinal products advertisements, one of the greatest frauds on the Internet

Google has blocked more than 12.5 million advertisements that did not follow its health terms of use, because they were selling medicines either not approved or contradicting the recommendations of the medical prescription. Google has published the report 'Better Ads Report' for the third year, where those actions carried out in their advertisements systems in order to keep out those ones conducting bad practices are highlighted, and to protect users. Some of the remaining 'top fraud campaigns' are those offering unregulated or counterfeit medicinal products, and the ads about unreal weight loss. These unreal weight loss campaigns, and ads that promise weight loss without dieting or exercising have been one of the main complaints of Google users in 2015. In total, 30.000 websites publishing unreal promises have been closed.
