MHRA helps track and charge counterfeit drugs seller
The UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has helped bring charges against a man from the UK, Dmitrij Selkov. Selkov has been charged with 17 offences under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 and the Trademarks Act 1994. The 28-year old was selling prescription medications, including treatments for erectile dysfunction and abortion pills, over the internet.
