This marks the sixth year that the Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center (IPR Center) worked with international partners from some 27 different countries to target websites selling counterfeit products. These efforts, part of operation In Our Sites VI, resulted in the shutdown of 37,479 websites that were illegally selling counterfeit products to unsuspecting consumers.
