The India Food and Drug Administration is appealing to citizens to not buy medicines online. The FDA said that since the government is still in process to determining how to monitor and regulate online sale of drugs, it says it cannot vouch for the quality of medicines. The FDA press release said online sales in India is still in its nascent stage.
