Q I am 78, on a fixed income and take several medications not covered by my Medicare Part D plan. (I’m in what is called the doughnut hole, a temporary limit on what the plan covers.) As a computer literate woman, I efficiently use the internet. Is it safe to get cheaper medications from online pharmacies and ones outside the United States?— L.O.
