Ex-owner of Health PMO gets 45-month sentence

Stacy Allen Taylor, 47, of Louisville, Kentucky, was sentenced to 45 months in prison and ordered to pay $20,000 in restitution. Taylor admitted to conspiring with others to distribute and dispense prescription drugs through Internet pharmacies to consumers without valid prescriptions. Taylor used various website addresses to sell Schedule II, III and IV controlled substances resulting in a profit of $790,753.
