The FDA Is Right, Prescription Drug Importation Is Dangerous

With the 115th Congress was sworn in January 3, the Senate Republicans have taken their first steps toward repealing Obamacare.The Republican majority has paved the way for a budget reconciliation bill which will repeal major parts of the 2010 health care law.Obamacare repeal will dominate the healthcare reform agenda throughout 2017 and beyond. But some Senators have already tried to use the Obamacare repeal bill as cover for dangerous amendments that could flood the American prescription drug market with imported counterfeit drugs.
