Minimum sentences for those accused of a consignment of 160,000 false Viagra in Spain

The two leaders of a plot of counterfeit Viagra accept two years in prison and the other seven accused five months. They were accused of distribution over the Internet of Viagra and other counterfeit medicines, imported from China, Pakistan and India, without passing any sanitary control in Spain. Police seized about 160,000 counterfeit pills, which would have reached a value of 2.5 billion Euros at the market. These legal processes follow the earlier penal code by which these cases are currently judged.
