Consumer Reports: Deal or No Deal – when it really pays to buy online

The online marketplace is thriving with consumers able to purchase almost anything online. With that said, there is a focus on three items that should not be purchased online including medicines from overseas. The National Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) reports that 97% of online pharmacy storefronts are illicit or rogue. Often the drugs that these illegal vendors sell are counterfeit or substandard.
